Blistered Radish & their tops

1 bunch of radish, with tops

1 TBSP butter (or oil of choice)

Salt & Pepper to taste

I think this is a fun side dish and a great way to use the whole vegetable. When eaten raw radish leaves are a little spiky and not great texture but sautéed lightly they are a great addition to the dish.

Slice radish in half and finely chop the radish leaves. Add the butter (or oil) to the pan and place radish cut side down. Grill until nicely golden on one side. Add the greens and sauté 2-3 minutes until wilted. Season with salt & pepper. Serve hot & enjoy.
