Ginger garlic green beans

500 g green beans

2 TBSP grated ginger

2 TBSP grated garlic

4 TBSP Soy/tamari

1 TBSP Sesame seeds

1 TBSP honey/ agave/ brown sugar

2-3 spring onions.


Add green beans to the skillet and use 1/8c water to steam the beans. Continue to add water until beans are bright green. Dont add too much water as you dont want them to go soggy.


In a small bowl add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Pour over the beans and stir well to coat. As they cook they should become sticky. Keep tossing to avoid them burning.


Served hot with an extra sprinkle of sesame seeds and chopped spring onion
