Welcome to our recipes, always inspired from what's in the garden. While most have been created from scratch, I do have some go-to chefs & farmers that I look to for inspiration. Please use recipes as a guide and get creative with what you have. I know everyones tastes are different and I encourage anyone trying these recipes to sub out veggies or ingredients as you please. Portion size, cooking time, and prep time is based on our diets, our kitchen set up and oven. Please use as a guide and check on things in the oven.
